Dear Diane,
Looking back over this past year dredges up memories and nightmares. I am writing to let you know how grateful I am for your skills and perseverance, your humor and emotional support, your office team of "short sale techs", your prompt return of every single phone call and email, your hugs when I was so down in the dumps. DIANE, YOU JUST NEVER GAVE UP.....SO I DIDN'T. As a single woman pushing 70, losing half my salary due to down sizing, and at least half my mind due to the terror of feeling alone in this situation, I had no where to turn. I'd watched my "investment" home go from an appraised value of $650,000 to $220,000 with an outstanding loan of $350,000. I called you to get your opinion, as I had come to trust your integrity from previous real estate dealings. We met and you began to educate me about the process of short sales, step by step. Usually when I am that stressed, I cannot hear or think, but you patiently provided the instruction and the paperwork and I realized I was part of a TEAM. I waited for someone to ask me for money up front as all the scare ads predicted. But that never happened. The process was like a game of "green light/red light," never dull, never hopeless. The lender repeatedly put up roadblocks. Diane and team knew their way around them and pressed on, undaunted. I was relieved of the weekly dramas. You simply kept me informed and I knew the nightmare was in capable hands. In the end, just and you had predicted, down to the wire after multiple extensions of deadlines, the deal went through....about 10 months from start to finish. During that period of time I chose to rent elsewhere rather than live in the home, but the point is that I was NOT spending $3000/mo. for the mortgage, i.e. I had saved the equivalent of $30,000 in the process. Invite anyone in the similar situation to contact Diane Warring and Associates. Or call me personally to verify my story. I SIMPLY COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS ON MY OWN. I'VE LOST A LOT OF MONEY, BUT MY DIGNITY IS INTACT. HOLIDAY BLESSINGS TO ALL, WENDY SANCHEZ
